i'd say CMwith rifleso you can disease their mind all the way then just pop a headshot and snipe and they're gone, if they're in a group, plop a disease in there and then strafe, and you'll own

Alright first off, the guy who posted above me said you will own with combat medic in some instances that is true but his server must be **edit**ty pvpers. Bloodfin is ruled by 2 sides docs and combat medics. I am fencer/doc/scout i just put 1h mind poisens on them and they keep throwing there poisens healing themself while my poisens tick away at them, Before they know it they are low on mind.

well since u can't be master fencer and master cm i would say master rifle/cm
