I just bought a disrupter rifle than found i out i am not certifed.., i am a novice rifleman. How Do i get certifed?

Counter-Sniping II is the requirement for the dxr6b. When you examine the rifle, even after you have CS2,it will still say Certified: No, but that doesn't matter, you can still use it just fine.
