Thread: What level are you certified for the DXR-6B Rifle?

I'm a 3233 Rifleman. I was going to buy a DXR-6b disrupter rifle, but in the stats for the rifle, it said I was not certified for the rifle. At what level to you become certified?

Counter sniping II, I'm pretty sure. For the looted schematic guns you have to read the bottom ofExamine window to see where the cert is applied.

No matter what your level, the Disruptor upon examination will never say "Certified: Yes"
The certification does not show up in the Rifleman skill tree, or on your character listing. However once you have the skill listed on the gun (it is counter-sniping 2) you will no longer see the sysmessage about not being certified.
