but the rifle will say you are not certified for it when examined, but when you equip it it wont say you are not certed

Thanks! Sounds like a very well implemented weapon! How hard is it to put a cert into the game? Craziness. Thanks again!

Can you guys tell me when we get certified for this? I just got novice rifleman yesterday and I don't wanna blow a million credits on a gun I don't get certified for. Can't seem to find it anywhere in the rifleman tree??? Which needless to say, seems a little odd.

I've been meaning to find this out as well. I needed to know where the certification was to update my friend's charcater builder.
