NS or Tuscans? that is the question..... which of these drop the best rifles or rifle related items? Or are there other lootable NPCs out there?


i must meditate on this


pls post your ideas and grade this post accordingly



I personaly dont know any better, I would choose tuscans because of the nice DoT rifles they drop
