Do you need to go to a specific city to pul these missions on Talus? Or can you get them at any starport or city mission terminal?

you can get them anywhere on talus... but the best ones are the lvl 99 ones... if you can't get the good ones or find a solo group on talus head to dant and group there then head back to talus... if you're lucky find a player city with an improved job market and run them outta there, the little more money per mission will end up paying for your travels quickly...

I can just see a "Wait for the Combat Revamp" and "Wait for the Smuggler Revamp" quote all rolled into one.

Are the level 99 missions still called champion missions? What is the payout for these? 10K, 12K, 15k?

ackuan missoins will always be ~8.5k reward, regardess of the difficulty. (unless taken from improved market of course)

the difficulty is easy, even for lvl 99. a master RM can kill the npc that spawn in about 10 secs. then go to the other lair, as it has been pointed out in an above post. trkill them and back to the first lair, do this 3 times per lair. travel time takes the most time lol.

u will need to be solo grouped in order to see them on the terminals, thats all.

This is accurate with a small solo group. With a large solo group you can pull up to level 214 Aa'kuan Missions there payout will be around 9000-9200 without improved job market 9900-11000 payout with an improved market. Level 99+ missions will almost always be 8600+ in a decent solo group. Ive found its alot faster and easier to find missions in non Improved Job market citys.
