+97 (MR comes with 90)

so all i need is a +7 or several smaler?
how important is capping accuracy then?
and when does it cap?

If you master marksman too then you only need a +2 to cap. (master marks +5)

If you only mastered rifleman then you would need a total from +7 (1 +7 attach or several smaller on diff pieces of clothing that add upto 7) from attachs to cap speed. Accuracy doesnt cap but the cap for attachs is +25.

Or now you can just wait for the Ranged Speed FS tree and get +12..you won't need master marksman or tapes.

+100 is the true cap for any special and ANY rifle no matter how slow it is because of their messed up speed formula.
Having said this +97 is good enough.

I read that ranged +speed FS mods are broken. If its working you are right though, after getting the +12 you no longer have to worry with millions of credits in tapes and attachments.

Me and a friend was in the geo cave the other day, both master rifle.
He got the ranged speed as a free unlock and he was alot faster than me so it works just fine.
Both used dmg sliced t21 with the same speed of course...

Are accuracy while moving tapes good too. I looted two (one = +5 rifle acc while moving, second = +2 Counterattack; +2 Rifle acc while moving) <--- while the rifle acc stick or will it only be the counterattack?
How does rifle acc while moving compare/relate to just regular rifle acc?

Great! If it was indeed broken maybe they stealth fixed it. I dont yet have the +12 speed FS so all the info I ever had on it was 2nd hand.

the FS range speed is broken according to those who tried it, but I can tell you that FS mellee speed works on range weapon ...am master rifleman with 90 speed, no tapes, I finished FS melee speed quest yesterday and got the first 3 boxes (+9), first thing I did was to use strafe shot 2 with a 7.6 speed T21 and WHOOAOO! nothing to compare ! My speed just dramatically increased ... well its a bug, but a nice one for once 
The FS pointsadding a percentage and not "points", I think that I have 9% + of 90=98.1 so I think am capped ...
