It's sad when they do that - they put an exceptional tag on a weapon and get you all excited, then you start looking at the stats, you go back over the stats, and then realize there's nothing "exceptional" about it. Not long ago I saw a guy that had looted an exceptional hair piece...what in the world is that? I imagine the "exceptional" is due to the HAM costs - you could fire strafe2 with that gun pretty much nonstop unbuffed and not drain yourself.

actually a few things say that is a fake

1) the title is wrong colour

2) no difference from crafted
