i am thinking of going Mrifleman/Scout4040/Mcretyre handeler. This sounds like a fun Rp template, but now i have my doughts about my fighting ability. What can i do (killing hardest thing wise) in comparison to other templates. Any sugjstions? I am not looking for PvP so you can forget t hat. Tell me what is strongest!

You'll be fine with that in PVE. Your pets can tank for you.
If you don't PvP take a look at Rifleman/Ranger as well.

very very fun template ^_^ you'll have a ball! - pretty much anything can be handled by you in pve.

Go Master Ranger and Master Rifleman.
I think by far, that is the most powerful PvE profession. You're virtually unseen, so can solo anything that isn't to resistant to your weapons. For the hard NPCs/Creatures, you just pop out a cammo kit, conceal, take cover, get into a good position and spam your conceal shots away. Even if you do miss in that situation, your cammo kit and cover will protect you. You'll never see a creature 3 feet infront of you again.
I was soloing SBDs the other day, and running past DeathWatch without being aggroed
.
Its up to you though. CH/Rifleman sounds like a pretty "involved" template, you've got to control you're pet and prevent getting hit. It sounds pretty powerful though.

thats the template i was thinking about doing. i havent made it to novice CH yet so i could still go ranger. ranger seems to have more advantages to PvE, but pets are freakin fun.

Rifleman can be discouraging during the climb to master because the accuracy and speed is so bad. However, once you fill those last 2-3 bars, it makes a world of difference.
I've got Master Rifleman, CH 3-4-1-4, and Ranger 0-0-4-0 and am really enjoying it in PvE. Like you, I also have no interest in PvP. Ranger is a recent addition, and CH is the one I've had the longest, but I'm thinking I would enjoy it more if I dropped CH back to 3-0-0-0 and mastered Ranger. As soon as I find a bio-engineer on Bria to make me a handful of nice CL19 pets, I'll be dropping CH skills as I gain experience in ranger skills.
However you decide to balance it, the MRM/Ranger/CH template should be a lot of fun for you if you enjoy PvE. Good luck!

Rifle and Ranger is GODLY in PvE. The Wayfaring line in ranger will make you virtually invisible. You can walk among rancors and scratch them on their behinds if you want and they won't see you. You can also take out social/BAF mobsone at a time from a distance--when prone, you can get 15-20 shots (non-concealshot) without them even noticing you. If you can't kill a mob in 20 Headshots with a decent weapon, you're doing somehting wrong.

the funny part of this is that you don't need ranger to do the last part - this is a rifleman ability. As for scratching Rancor behinds... i leave that to "what you do on your on time ^_^)
Rifleman Have the ability to single draw and also to not draw aggro with multiple shots as long as your either
A) use conceal shot
or
B) prone at range of 55+m and you are a fast shot. 12-25 shots is normal at master before detection (of course some creatures have a higher detection level and that is when ranger might help.

I have a friend who's a Master Ranger/Master Rifleman. For fun, he likes to spend time running around in the Geo Bunker, completely unbuffed, unarmored, killing things with concealed shot. It's rather funny watching a group of armored melee templates run in and ask him, "W T F are you doing!?" then boggle as he stands 10m away from an enhanced kwi blasting away at it without pulling any aggro. Good stuff.
