when are they gonna fix the serial numbers so we can craf tthem i have 3 componenets and 6 schems wouldnt mind having one of theses rifles

Lol, never....they have been broken for a long time and making furniture hold items is more important than fixing the bugs. I HATE GARVA

what components are needed to make these ( assuming they get fixed) i have a schematic, but would love to get the componet needed to make on. and where does this component drop or come from please.

I'm not sure why you really want one of these. They are not that great a rifle.
I have a working one +447 max damage (without power-up) and it is only AP1 (or is it even AP0? - I'm at work).
I almost never use it. There are only a very few MOBs that have a low enough heat vulnerability vs. Energy resists that would tempt you to use it over your T21.
About the only time I equip it is when I get feeling funky at shuttle stops or in doc buff lines just to see people's reaction. I'm seriously considering putting it up for auction this week for a high price just to see if some collector is willing to pay to have one. If it disintegrated tomorrow, I wouldn't miss it very much.

yea i know they are poor just like collecting rare things but im poor at the moment so i can buy one

actually the order on containers is a long standing issue for architects (since launch!) so this is an unfair comment - the serials have been broken for 3-4 months were as the other has been broken much longer. Otoh it would probably be an easier fix to fix the rifle then to add the container attribute to the furniture ^_^

the components drop in the corvette i have a few but as i say they are bugged so we can notmake the rifle yet
