I have 4 krayt tissues. +50/-.845. What would you do with these?

You can make 4 of any of these:
- E-11
- Dlt20
- Dlt20a
Or one SG-82 and one of the above.
Or one Laser rifle.
Decent tissues, but the better rifles need more than 4 
Personally, I guess I'd make some E-11s. It's up to you though.

You could make a Krayt Jawa Ion with 3 tissues and make something else with the other also.

According to the krayt tissue FAQ in the WS forum, a jawa ion rifle requires 6 tissues.

Yes, Java Ion Rifle requires 6 identical tissues..
I'd just sell them to a weaponsmith to be honest.
They make some nice scatters, de-10s and stuff like that, which pistoleer and BH guys like a lot.
It'd be nice to have at least 6 identical tissues to make a jawa rifle or a disruptor, but with 4 tissues you don't have much choice.

Do Tissues replace the power handlers? If so, maybe I should try to get some. Bowcasters would take 2.

Tissues enhance the power-handlers. So if you need 2 identical power handlers, you'll need 3 identical tissues to get 2 enhanced identical powerhandlersout ofthe factory. One of the tissues is used to make a factory schematic.
