Ok, This has been bugging me.

I'm am at the point in the Trando Rifle quest where I go into space and steal the codes from the Blackscale flight leader. The problem is...I always get the message saying that I am denied access to board or whatever. I inspected the ship before hand. I even disabled the ship and tried. Still would not let me in to steal the codes. Am I doing something wrong?
