Speed question here.

Let's say I have a 10s T-21 and am master rifleman so +90 rifle speed

that is (100%-90%)*10s for a 1 second attack speed for auto fire

let's sayconceal shothas a 3x delay that is (100%-90%)*30s for 3 second attack right?

master rifleman/marksman has +95 rifle speed

sooo (100%-95%)*10s for 0.5 second but capped at 1 second for autofire

andconceal shotfor (100%-95%)*30s for 1.5 second? is that right?

Any master rifleman/marksman checked this out?

Shots will fire twice as fast for a master rifleman/master marksman as opposed to just a master rifleman, but no faster than 1 second... It is well worth it, firing strafe shot 2 about every second vs. every 2 seconds with a T-21 can be incredibly effective. Nothing like taking out 25k missions on Endor in under10 seconds.

If your weapon speed is 6.6 seconds orlower a 3x speed shot will fire every second at master rifleman. 6.6x3x0.05 .

It's not only great because of the little buffs you get but don't forget that you will also have pistol spec so you are better at getting rifle xp, and you get overcharge shot 2 which is great at the beginning, for me at least, cause it does random pool damage so you can possibly group with people and actually help.

Sorry if this has bene asked a million times already.

I'm deciding between these two templates:

MRifle, MBH, MMarks, 0003 Pistol

or

MRifle, MBH, 4000 CM

Would the 3 masters of the first template with the root from pistol give me a significant advantage or is healing more important?

I think MBH/MR/Pistol 0404 is better than the first option. As far as the CM template, lots of people swear by it, but I just can't bring myself to let go of the CL and accuracy /shrug

Why would you begiving up CL? Wouldn't it be 80 from mastering rifle and bh anyway?

You would retain CL80 with that CM template. All it takes to be CL80 is 2 mastered elite profs. Or to be more complicated, theres some combination of SP and XP spent that will equal CL80 too.

Yes, sorry, whenI spoke of a lower CL I was reffering to the template changes I had considered in order to add CM rather than the one presented above. I simply refuse to let go of a root, so I must retain part of pistols which means no duel mastery ifI am to add CM.

Basically, if you spend all your points and most of them are in elite profs, its really unlikely that you wont be CL80.

It looks like the difference between the two templates is

MRifle/MBH/0404 Pistol - Gives you 215 accuracy/55 Speedand disarming shot, burst shot, fan shot, stopping shot

and

MMarks/MRifle/MBH/0003 Pistol - Gives you 200 Accuracy/70 Speed and +5 ranged defense and only improved stopping shot.

So I'm wondering is going from 200 to 215 accuracy better than going from 55 to 70 speed?
