Thread: Giving up master marksman?

Hey everyone,


I've had the master rifleman/master marksman combo for a long time now. For all those not aware, the marksman raises us from +90 to +95 speed, doubling our rifle speed, which is very significant. At first glance, it looks like a totally sweet deal. But once you get into it, you start to realize... the faster I fire my specials, the faster I die! It seems like firing slower might not be such a bad thing. So has anyone given up master marksman for this reason, and would you say you're not much worse off? I just want to free up some fp so I can master smuggler.

Get a pre nerfed t21 within the 200-580 dmg range, or use a beefed up laser rifle with 100-500 (trust me easy to find). Use specials sparingly. To start combat in PVP I usually do a mindshot2 (for runners) and just keep firing normally. You'd be surprised how well it does.
