the wound chance is the number of wound you gain when you shoot something, but its a little amount 
but i think ALR is best if you want to ect. use speed pub or sac pub.. because its Higher Accuracy would be lowered a little because of pubs
Had some high percentage vibroknuckles when I was a TKM that would make things bleed pretty regularly. Didn't tick for very much though, so it's kinda pointless.
Do ALRs require fewer power handlers? (Or whatever bit the Krayt tissues go into?) That may also be a factor... But no, the highest damage between the two kinds I've seen has been an ALR, not a T-21. The T-21 still needs something to distinguish it from the ALR and, big shock, it still hasn't been given any love.
