you would have to drop M Marksman i.e.
As to be M rifles you only need Marksman 4004 don't need master marksman... that would free up alot of points.
I am Marksman 4004, scout 4000, medic 0400 for normal proffesions
with leads to Master Rifles, BH 0444, CM 4400 (thinking of changing for CM4004)

the ppl who went Combat Medic instead of doctor save alot of points, becuase CM shares the Ranged Support Line with most elite combat Professions, while doctor does not, and Doctor also requires another line of medic that CM doest not require
so basically they give up the buffing and single target heals for a semi decent(depending on build) distance and area healing and a chance to debuff their enemies
so if you want pistols0003(which is all you need for Imp. Stopping Shot), i would recommend either dumping Master Doctor for MC4000 or drop Master Marks for Pistoleer 0003 and Combat Prowess4200, or stay where you are and just use snares and heals along with rifle range to kite what you can
