Rifleman Archive

Hi, Ihad some questions about levelling a rifleman and was unable tofind the info stickied or in posts. To give my background I am new to the CU and to rifleman, but have been playing a long time before the CU. I am about to achieve novice rifleman (started a new toon so low level) and I have some questions that I hope you can answer.

1. What is the most efficient tree progression? I plan to join group hunts on Dantooine, so I suppose I don't have to be a huge damage dealer to start. Should I go for accuracy? Or perhaps a certain special? Or maybe try to reduce the hindrances on armor first? (Should I even wear armor to start?)

2. Should I pick up Master Marksman for levelling? I have already done the Pistol tree (plan to start pistoleer also). The carb xp would be quick, but I'm wondering whether the combat xp to master markman (temporarily) would be worthwhile compared to the benefits of that box.
