Thread: Rifle Aiming SEA. Do they work and if so, how?

Hi,

I've found a nice Rifle Aiming attachment and I was curious how this SEA worked. I presume that it works with the Aiming Special in the Rifleman tree. Any ideas what it does? Does it increase incuracy? Increase duration of aimings effect?

Suspected to be broken. It appears to have no effect right now.

Erm, Excuse my newbieness but what is a SEA and how do they affect special actions? :S

Clothing Attachements or Armor Attachements that have skill mods on them.
