Just wondering what the re-use timer is for startle...Gotta set up a macro.

there's no timer on the shot, if you mean the 'anger' timer, i beleive it's 30 seconds, but you cannot macro effectively, because the timer will not come into play until after the mezz has either warn off, or been dispelled through damage... thus it's not consistant.
