Thread: Do PUPs Count Against Caps?

you probly wont notice a bif difference in usage if you have boosted you action regen at all, as there isnt a big difference between 82 and 62 if you only have base action regen , try some food/spice/drinks that boost your action regen and you will a notice the difference between 82 and 62

I'm not sure where I read this or if I dreamt it, but do PUPs count against the weapon caps? For example, I have a SAC capped rifle (82) andwhen I put a SAC powerup on it I really don't notice a difference. The stats update on the weapon itself, but I don't notice any difference in my action usuage.
