Currently MR, BH0444 and CM4400 looking to change to CM4004

that's a much better template, paralyze is nice, but more important are the attack speed debuffand snare, CM has one of the best snares in the game.. possibly the best, apart from the MDefenders self-inflicted one from avoid incap.

I don't get it confused.. what does a snare do? is it like a root?

there are 3 main things you get with the xxx4 tree: paralyse for 5 sec - they can do NOTHING, then they get rage so you can't reapply it. good for some time to get a stim or two, run away or apply other de-buffs (these don't break the paralyze but shooting would); movement speed drain (about 40% reduction) nice..ish, great for PVE solo almost anything, but PVP force run/burst run will not be effected if its used while the state is applied; attack speed - this decreases the speed of the attacker fora bout 2min by 40 pts, perhaps a second slower for most finished temps, and upto half as slow for most PVE targets - you can use this on multiple targets in PVE and take on huge groups with ease.
