A not so reliable source posted that rifle speed +25 only gets you a 0.06 speed increase. Is that true?

depends on your previous speed mods. If you are alerady high speed it could be as low as that (or lower!) but if you are slow it could be a major increase in speed. Speed gains are no longer linear (read the faq)

It was givinga percentage boost (+40%) not a numeric boost (+40) Then it was stacking with Jedi Speed boost which also was a percentage gain. This created some serious unnatural speed increases.
Speed CAs may not be working right as well from some rumors I have been seeing.

Then SEAs are definitely broken. If AB was indeed a percentage, it would raise my speed by +42 ( MBH/4044 RM-> 105 speed * 40% ), which is basically the same what I have in SEAs now. Applying the new AB gives me another +25 (are those percentages too ?). It's still nowhere near what I could do pre-pub21.

Has anyone figured out how adrenal boost really works ...? I made my template specifically around it (before the nerf), specifically MBH/Rifle 4044/Doc 0004. I lost +15 speed from the master box, but got +40 from adrenal boost... It worked like a charm, I wasn't shooting constantly once per sec but damn close. As it seems to me AB gives the same boost as a spd pup. Not % on your speed point but % on your attackspeed, e.g. 2.5sek/attack + AB gives 2.5*0.85=2.125sek/attack.
Just what I suspect havent done any testing to confirm.

Hello my fellow riflemen B-A-T-U here. As a fellow Master Rifleman I decided to start my quest picking up speed tapes and armor attachments for myself to get that +25. With a few lucky loot drops
+9 and a few vendor searches I know have +25 to riflespeed as a Master Rifleman. I can say that I didnt notice a difference at all. Now of course I was holding my 7 week old baby, petting my dog Chewbacca and eating lunch..so my conditions were not the best but at a glance it didnt seem to be much faster.

I might get a new ALR made from some tissue I have and get it speed sliced, and then try it again.
