well either cuase what you are killing is to easy for your skill or you are killing in town stormies which have been nerfed.

has anyone had this?
One moment I am getting 2900 rifles xp, the next i am only get 45 points per kill and now .. ren minutes later , none at all

Your weapon may be broken... This would only be the case if you are grouped with people, and you are not doing any damage.
The other would be that you are killing things that are to easy.

sounds like what has happened to people who farmed stormtroopers in crackdown cities

yea take a look at your gun and try harder mobs, try solo on rancors , i get 4500 xp

It seems to only happen in the cities - it must be a recent nerf!

Stormtroopers undercon now, you can't farm them for experience.
