Okay, I have a couple of questions.
My Holo #1 said Commando - DONE.
Holo #2 said Carbineer - DONE
Holo #3 said Rifleman - ACK!
The Holocrons want me to kill things, and that's all they want me to do 
Can I drop the combat XP tree from Carbineer one box at a time, and transfer some of the XP to Rifleman combat XP tree??
Does this still work, or did they fix it?
And before I get to novice, what is the best Rifle to use?? I have a spraystick and an E11.
Oh, and what kind of damage does a Jawa Ion Rifle do?? Is it worth it to a Rifleman to buy one?

Exp used for a skill is gone, when you surrender a skill all you get back is the skill points. You can use any left over combat exp for riflemen, but you won't get any back.

Hmm. Not sure I follow. Why not just keep the combat xp line if you have a lot stored, learn what you can when you hit novice rifleman, and then give up the carbineer boxes?

Extra combat xp is saved, can should be put into your rifleman skills. However surendeing a combat xp skill will not give back its xp.
Get a good laser rifle, get 3 or 4 actauly. Only once you've gotten master pick up a nice T21 (cause then you shoot so damn fast it doens't matter) Jawa does stun with AP1, nice in some situations. Wait a get good ones, quailifty over quanity as they say
