Master HS, Master Rifleman, scout 3000, medic 3030, marksman 4003. What do you think?

Also where do I find these +9 or more tapes/attachments?

And just how rare are 1 mod tapes/attachments? 9 outof 10 I see have 2 or 3 mods?

Anyoneknow when all the mods are going to work as advertised?
