Thread: Weres the speed cap?

What happens if you have +90 rifle speed then get a +20 speed tape. That would equal to +120. Does that mean the game would treat your speed as +20 actually causing you to fire slower? Or would the game treat it as +100?

It would equal +110, not +120 
But that's not too important- +100 is the limit and anything over that will be counted the same as +100. However, at +98 even the slowest rifles will fire SS2 at the cap, so no need to worry about +100
