so ive been out of rifleman for 3 months now...
are there some speed caps i need to know about? i heard its capped at +98 now
are there accuracy caps ??
any help or links are appreciated, thanks guys

Hehe, nope. That cap thing was just a very small mention waaaaayy long ago by TH I think it was. It was never actually considered for being placed in-game as far as I know. However, the CB is coming up and anything can change 
Right now, you will cap on speed with any rifle while using SS2 if you have +98 speed. +97 may even be enough for you. And that cap is 1 sec- same as everyone else. God willing, it'll stay that way

Depends on how you mean. There is a speed cap of 1sec. Regardless of speed bonuses and such you can not fire faster than that. But as to what the raw mod says then not really.
There is also an accuracy cap. But again it depends on how you mean it. You could have say +200 accuracy, but you can not be more than 90-95%. There is always a chance you will miss. Though it can be small. But there is no real limit on what the mod will be.

WELL THE FEAR OF A HIGHER SPEED CAP IS THE ONLY RAESON I LEFT THE RIFLEMAN PROFESSION. sorry for the caps
if its stays at 1 second then it will be time to break out the krayt t21 and +12 speed ubese bandolier again.
