You'll notice a bit of a speed difference by losing the +5 speed from master marksmen. If you can afford it, I'd definitely suggest dropping master marsmen though and buying SEAs to make up for the loss in speed - just guessing that you don't use pistols or carbines very often, so except for the +5 rifle speed those are wasted skill points imo. By giving up master marksmen you'll free up enough skill points to master swordsmen, get 0040 medic to use much better stims, and still have a few skill points left over for some misc of your choice. You'll be better in both PVE and PVP I believe.

Get a Mabari Belt with sockets and an Ubese bandolier with sockets. Put a rifle speed AA in each one. these will never wear out and will make up for the master marksman.

I used to agree with the belt thing, but now that PSGs are working, my belt has become a hindrance. I've had to get other SEAs that I put in other pieces of armor in order that in PVP I can equip a psg and still be speed-capped. It's too bad a protector shield takes up the same socket as a belt... Bandoliers are excellent for placing SEAs and for any serious PVP'er, finding a way to ditch the backpack for a bandolier for a night of blasting is very useful.

Ok I'm low on skill points, I have one left and need to know what to free up in order to get the amount i need to master swordsman.
At the moment I'm Master Rifleman / Master Marksman / Swordsman 3/2/1/2/ Scout 3/0/0/0 / Novice Medic and Brawler 0/0/4/0
I really want to master swordsman and have a rifleman / swordsman combination since I want to PvP and PvE, however I really dont want to lose the terrain negotiaion skills from the scout tree, or the novice med skills.
The only thing that can go is Master Marksman, I here this doubles my rifle speed so will losing it be too expensive since I'm primarily a rifleman?

I've heard you'll have no trouble making up for it if you get skill tapes / attachments instead of having master marksman.

Thanks for all the replies guys, I think I will drop Marksman and start looking for rifle speed tapes.
