On the Bria server, I went to lok to do some hunting and went prone and hit cover. To my dismay it stated that someone was too close and could see me....so no conceal shot. Ok.... Nothing around, closest thing was my target at 64m. Try again. Same result. Move. Try again. Same result. Found a desolate area out in BFE no body around. Try again. Same Result. Unable to do conceal shot. Funny thing is when I stood up each time the cover icon swirled around my head as if I just broke the conceal then.

Doh...it was my vehicle...didnt realize being close to your vehicle breaks cover.
