There isn't a list that I've seen.
What does work (that I've used), as far as it concerns to Rifleman:
Ranged / Melee Defense
Rifle Defense
General Ranged Accuracy or Speed
Rifle Accuracy or Speed
There are alot of SEAs out there with Mods from the Pre-CU. Watch for them. A few of them are:
___ accuracy while moving
Defense vs Stun (or similiar ones)
