i would try this for myself but i'm at work 
is it possible to get the following off without getting into trouble or running out of time:
is it possible to get the following off without getting into trouble or running out of time:get within 10m use CM paralyse (15 sec at master) run to 20m from your target while 'loading' Adv Aim, go prone, drink +210 accuracy juice, and get sniper shot off before your target gets 'un-paralysed' and charges after you? or is it just not quite enough time?

should be enough time but I have never used the uber cm paralyze so not really experienced that way. I would feel since the warm up is 3-5 secs and the prone position is 2 secs (to make sure it does not fail) + your run you should have enough time. Probably better to run to 25m so that you don't get a range error .
