I was wondering how you get one of these, is it a quest or something? if its a quest can some one give me a walk thru for it? thanks

they are crafted and its a quest Talk to Boshaz in slaver camp on left that 1 sucks the crafted 1s get a barrel on the avatar

you go to the avatar platform and free the wookies in the prison and go around and find the lockboxs and one of them will give you the schematic for the rifle then kill alot of them so you can get the rifle barrel

yeah
though once you loot the schematic from the chest it is somewhat easier to farm the Secrets of the Syren Trandoshan Avatar Guards safe house in Keren for the barrel.
