Can we get a dizzy with Headshot?
This will decrease a targets defense and allow us to do more damage as befitting our profession.
Some of our specials have restrictions which severely limit their use.
The aim timer is to short.
Why would one get Knocked Down when we're already prone?
Maybe a dizzy state should be applied instead when a KD is applied to an already prone target?

I think the loss of an area attack for us is killing our effectiveness. Rifle speed is also kinda awful. I went hunting with some people and they were hitting twice - three times for every shot that I was making. And I wasn't using anything particularily powerful.
