i heard you have to kill a tusken witch doctor, or executionerto get some stone then turn it in to the bestine junk dealer if theres one there, he gives u the rifle in return

To get one of these rifles, you must loot a tusken head from a tusken executioner (or maybe some other high level ones). You then take it to Bestine, and turn it in to Victor when he is in power.

They are pretty low damage energy rifles. I forget exact stats, I think 9.0 speed and 300+ max damage.

it sucks now, but before they nerfed it it was a kinetic damage rifle. here's mine

To get the quest for the Lithium Rifle you must speak with Victor if he's currently the mayor of Bestine. Victor will give you the waypoint to Fort Tusken to which you must kill the Tusken Executioner (175k - 300k ham, heavy armor and resists like the NS queen). The executioner does spawn at random locations on Tatooine and any head can be used for this as you're not required to pull the head from the NPC located at Ft. Tusken. Also, you have basically forever to do this mission as there is no time restrictions. Once you've obtained the head you must take it back to Victor and inform him that you've completed his task. At times he will not want to talk to you though you can drag the head to him and he'll give you the Lithium Rifle. If you pull the mission/quest and kill the executioner but don't get the head back to Victor before the next election or he's out of office, you will not get the rifle as you must wait for him to return to being mayor.

Aside from all the work needed to drop the executioner the rifle itself is nothing better than a conversation piece. At 5.5 to speed and 300 max damage, AP0 and energy this weapon has little to no practicality to a rifleman. Though some will obtain this for their collection as it does go nicely with the Tusken King rifle and other various unique and obscure rifles out there. Currently I'm looking for the coveted Bezerker rifle to finish off my collection so if any of you are from Scylla and looking to leave the game, help a fellow rifleman out and pass along the legend. Normally I'd say leave the rifle(s) on the fallen rifleman as they speak of his saga; however, in this case I'm willing to overlook this and scavenge the unique rifle

I gave a friend one...It did energy damage

It does do energy damage, it used to do Kinetic. If we had kinetic rifles we would be all GODLY. its the only thing we are missing in order to solo pretty much anything in game......which would be nice

The tusken king rifle from the krayts skull quest on tat has kin dmg and u can still get it i think, it has crummy statsi think tho
