i had some different answers ingame about this i just want to confirm. is 95 -100 rifle speed all you need to hit the speed cap? or is it higher for riflemen

im 70% positive its all you need.

For Riflemen, the speed cap is +97. That is what you need to spam SS2 once per second with any rifle

My pre-nerf is 9.1 speed. With +97, it fires SS2every .955 seconds(caps at 1)

The better answer to your question is how to figure out your attack speed with a weapon. Here is the fomula:

(weapon speed * special delay mod) * (1-(speed mod/100))

I was wondering what speed you would need on a PH to be speed capped with jsut mast no +2h speed, thank you for your help
