With solo groups gone, it looks like we're back to the old days of debating what missions give the best payouts.
I know I used to go to yavin and run kliknik lairs for 13k but other people had different opinions. But I've forgotten most of them.
Rather than necro an old thread I thought I'd ask the old-timers what they think.
Any ideas?

Biz Natch lairs on Dath but this is a little more risky then the Kilkniks you mentioned because of location. Still they give the same or similar reward. depends on the resists to rifles i guess. Im not too familiar with these im afraid

Yeah they aren't bad. You get about 10k for a mission but you normally have to travel a bit to get to the lair. The beauty of klikniks is that the lair almost always spawns within 700m of the outpost.

I'm doing pickets to pay the bills now. 10k payout from an improved job market, & I don't need to wear armor or get Doc buffs. I'll grab a mind buff if there's a live entertainer at Mining, or just run on Brandy & Ahrisa. Keep a Pixy handy in case things gowrong & pop a stim when the fights over.
The loot blows though, unless you can sell Dant scaley or Dant herbivore...

Klikniks use ranged attacks now so they should be even easier for riflemen than before. I used to run those and crysal snake mission when I was grinding, so a master with buffs shouldn't have any problems at all. The Klikniks also drop loot, but I'm not sure if it is worth anything.
I remember having to be in a group of 3 with all our pets out to get the 13k missions though, not sure if that has changed.

100k is the new 1 mil. Until all of this straightens, I'm stocking up on fp. And reb missions pay up to 8k. Other then that, I just do pikets

You can get kliknik missions as a master rifleman with a t21 equipped. Easier grouped with a pet but not necessary.

i used to run baz nitch missions like there was not tomorrow over a year ago. however, if they used ranged attacks, klikniks would be easier.

I was reading in another post, don't recall which one, that even if you group a pet with you, it doesn't increase the mission level. Can anyone confirm this? My thought was atleast for imps if this isn't true then just group your at-st with you and bam your pack to your solo group mission payouts.

Why would you bring something like this up on the boards? Atst's have been nerfed into useless machines and now you point out the one remaining use they have to the enemy?
Oh well, I'm sure its not a huge secret
. Use it till they nerf it or call it an exploit, thats what I plan on doing.

I still pull 30k missions with an AT-ST. About time they have a use other than an expensive faction toy that takes up datapad space. The same works for creature handlers.
There are still plenty of other 12k mission types out there so instead of 1 million per buff you'll be raking in 300-400k.

Yeah, Creature Handlers can still get good missions grouped with a powerful pet.

do what we did in the old days kill ns and sell the loot.
