Thread: A deformed T21.
Let me start by saying that I understand that in comparisonto the many topics regarding the Rifleman profession this may appear rather shallow however, it’s a topic that has brought me much strife. Please indulge me…
Having only recently reached this profession I was eager to obtain a T21 rifle. Observing them in the guild hall entrances and in the possession of other players had only magnified that urge. So, when I finally purchased one with the ‘stock’ attachment at the back I was alarmed when I noticed it wasn’t visible. Not only was the attachment invisible, there was a lopsided ’barrel’ at the business end of the rifle, which at first I thought was a stand of some sort to perpetuate the sniper like image of the rifle but, on closer inspection proved otherwise.
I have since bought another T21 only to find the same visual disfigurement. Is this problem limited only to my server (Chilastra), or is it common across them all?Can anyone tell me if this issue is being dealt with and if this graphic problem will be addressed in the upcoming update?
Thank you.
Exact same thing happened to me. Two dissappointing shoot around the corner looking guns.
Scopes on laser rifles apear vertically instead of horizontally as well.
Ihave posted a topic on the weapon smith board on this issue.
please check it out.<3
It's the rifle barrel, the model is bugged and it points down instead of out like it should. This only occurs on hand-crafted weapons (factory weapons do not have any visible barrels, stocks, or scopes). Other people can't see it because stock/scope/barrel are only visible to the player holding the weapon.
That should answer your questions.
Thank you TerasKasi_Mistress for the link and the information. It's slightly comforting to know that I'm not the only one with this problem, and that it is indeed an issue worth tackling in future patches. We can only hope....
Thank you to everyone who has replied thus far. Like me, I would recommend that you "/bug" this problem in an attempt to get it dealt with sooner than later.
