Ok, so im not at master yet But was wonering the main differences between the startle2, flushing2 and flurry2? They all apear to be 4x multipliers, One dizzys, one stuns, one raises position? Should I be using all of these? I use mainly flushing 2 with i think stuns, but i think stun only works once. so should I use flushing2 to stun then flurry2 to make em dizzy, then startle2 to make then fall over then go back to flushing2 for the main damage dealer? Dont they all have the same ham usage to? I guess these all seem pretty much the same to me, please tell me otherwise.

I'm so confused...

I used to use flurry 2. I think it's only really good against humanoid guys though. If you've got a group of guys close together, you can dizzy them all... and chances are, if they use ranged combat, a few of them will try to change posture on their ownand fall over.

You probably know this, but make sure you fire 1 normal shot first. This will make the guy's friends aggressive, which is good, since ae attacks don't work on peaced guys.

I haven't really used the other 2 though.

I was curious about how to use all these also. Could some of you experienced Master Riflemen let me know how you use theseshots (or IF you use them) ?

Flushing Shot2 ... Damage x4.0.... Time penalty?? (AE) Stun + Raises posture
Flurry Shot2 ..... Damage
x4.0??... Time penalty?? (AE) Dizzy
Startle Shot2 .... Damage x4.0 .... Time penalty ?? (AE) Raises posture
(BROKEN?)
Surprise Shot .... Damage x3.0 .... Time penalty ??
Also... suppression fire

I thought dizzy was broken with last nerf? What is the best way to get NPC's on their backs?
Any thoughts, ideas, methods would be much appreciated!

Flsuhing Shot 2 does the most damage, and stuns.

Heres what you do, start out with Flushing Shot 2, stun lowers there defense so you can hit easier. Then Flurry Shot 2, dizzy them all. Sometimes NPCs will posture change on there own and they fall down. (NOTE: This wont work until this patch) Then use Suppression fire on certain ones, particularly Melee. Then Flushing Shot 2 again for the final damage.

(Sorry to hear about your T21 fiasco.I feel for ya. :smileysad

Does this mean that Startle 2 and Surprise really arent worth much?

How about just using Strafe 2? Faster kills you can get up to 8k damage if you get lucky

pretty sure flurry 2 isn't a x4 damage modifier. It seemed really low compared to flushing 2. But i'll try it again sometime, AoE dizzy is pretty cool vs NPCs

I believe strafe2 is our most dammageing attack.

Of all the other attacks, flushing2 is the most dammage.

Flurry2 certainly is not the same dammage as flushing2.

Flurry2 is best used in combination with supression2 to force posture change down, to cause them as many checks for the dizzy as possible.

Thier all useful attacks, and I use them all of them all the time.

I believe there is only suppresion fire. No suppresion fire 2. Probably just a typo.

Odd.

I just tested flurry 2 and startle 2 and neither was hitting for 4x. I did not test a ton (just enough to see that at the lowest base damage a 4x would have been higher then the damage I was doing), but, it seems they are doing more in line with 2.5x or 2x. Suprise shot seemed to be hitting about 3 to 4x (3.5 seemed about right, but, never heard anyone claim a shot had a 3.5).

Hmm, when I am not so bored with the game, I will jump back in and shoot enough to make sure unless someone is positive on the multipliers.
