Go to Dantooine - run Janta/Mokk missions, ideally out of a town that has an improved job market.
A buff is good security for when things go wrong - but also gives you more than ample padding for the health and action requirements for using specials.
A mind buff - I would reccomend, is much more helpfull, in that it can in particular give you a significant boost to your (mind pool)secondaries.
Be sure toscoff down two hits of Vassarian Brandy, ideally something +400-ish for a minimum of 30 minutes. This gives you about +800 to your willpower which is your most important secondary.
Then, some Vagnarian Canape. This gives you both a bonus to your willpower AND your focus. This adds yet an additional 600-800 Focus and Will power.
This stuff only lasts about 10 minutes - so try and get two missions in the same direction, close together, and leave your swoop out for rapid transit between missions. You ARE going to do two missions within 10 minutes.
If you've got room in your stomach (which you should) - then you can leave it for Ahrisa, but personally - I'd leave it for future use with more Canape (your next missions).
With that - you should be able to fire Headshot 3 with a High(er) end T-21 indefinitely. You should be able to drop all of the Janta/Mokk in 5 shots or less.
I can't stress enough the need to keep moving, when the time comes - fall back. Always ALWAYS watch the route you approached the lair from.
If you have to fall back, ideally - do it in a direction where nothing else is close enough to aggro on you and make things tougher than they need to me.
Make sure you havea clear route for falling back - you should only need a couple hundred metres.
Again - keep moving, and if possible, keep the distance between you and the closest Janta/Mokk higher than 20 metres (so they can't hit your or worse yet, force you kneeling, knock you down). A stationary Rifleman - even one who thinks concealed shot is actually concealed - is a dead Rifleman.
The first two you should be able to drop with little effort - the other 3 or so will surely by this time be running towards you (hence the need for space to fall back on). With that room - on the run - then pick them off one at a time.
Your mind pool will not waver, and you can drop all of these guys relatively quickly - and if done right - with little real risk to yourself.
Having Smuggler and Feign Death in case things go terribly wrong is also agood thing, as you can keep your buffs (and stay alive).
If you find yourself in an untenable position, and you need to retreat entirely, then try and get as many headshot 3's in as you can. If you know you're going to be leaving some targets behind, then leave them with a Mindshot 2 and Mindshot 1 bleed. (I believe both stack - but I could be wrong).
This way, though you are recovering from any potential damage you have taken - the Mokk/Janta are still taking wounds and will be easier to kill upon your return - provided it isn't too protracted.
There are easier and more efficient ways (professions) for running Janta/Mokk missions - but for a (Master)Rifleman,I have found this to work best.
Just my 2 cents.

actully i'd do it the other way around...
enb sliced comp armor... you only need the gloves, helm, chest, pants, and boots for PvE... with moderate healt/action secondaries you'll be able to equip/unequip with out any buffs...
doc/entertainer buffs
double shot of 400, 45 min brandy
1@ 45 min arisha, if your focus isn't at 1500 by now take 2
save the canape and moun of emergancies (ie mind bleed, mind poision, mind disease)... the downer sucks for the moun, but it'll save you in a pinch, and the canape is too filling to be consistantly used...
and actully you make more money on dath doin enraged rancor lairs... dimount from your bike 60m away, target the lair, spam adv strafe... 30 sec later (after the lair is dead) get back on the bike and ride away from all the still alive rancors... its actully safer that mokk/janta cause they'll dizzy/KD ya, that means you need to kite... where as enraged rancors jsut stand there and take the beating till the lair is dead...
