Now I'm thinking of switching from MBH/Master Carb to Rifleman/TK/something to try out something new. The thing is, I'll miss my easy fishy floppy attacks and the ability to apply all but one state, but if the above combo works, it's a definite switch. Otherwise, back to the drawing board hehehe.

It's good in duels, but I wouldn't count too much on it in pvp.

it is exxtremly hard almost impossible to make a stacker flop.

however if they are just one ranged profesison, its not too hard.

sometimes i can even get it to stick on a fencer/tk.

DEV's please do not push the CU live. Just balance the CURRENT SYSTEM.

It can work but you must remember that the flopping fish part is volunteerary - if you dizzy them and the supress them it forces then to the knee. It does not knock them over. They fall if they try to stand again. A good pvp'r will notice the dizzy state and will just take the knee until it is gone and still be able to blast you with everything (he just will be able to be hit harder by melee) so you do not reduce his damage per sec against the target unless he attempts to move or stand.

btw: dizzy removes the ability to burst run so it is useful even without the knockdown like affect.
