I hear a lot of people tell me that they cap out rifles exp in less than an hour, could someone tell me if this is true, and if it is how it can be done........

since your asking about capping, perhaps its a safe assumption you are trying to get village xp. if you are master, there are several ways to cap at 900k in about an hour. some prefer the geo caves, simply camping the crazies room. im not a huge fan of this because after you reach your cap really fast, you have all the downtime of going back to the village to bank the xp. I would suggest stayingonDath and trying rancor valley with a dxr6b or simply riding your bike ne/n/nw of the village and kill anything in site worth about 3k xp or more. be sure to maximize each lair by kiling the mobs, tap with one shot, kill that round, get to halfway, and stop again at about 10%. You can get a 4th wave sometimes. if you find a nice lair with 5 of the 5k mobs to start (ex. giant baz nitch, gaping spider hunters), its not unrealistic to get 100-120k xp from one lair.
