Ok so I spent all going to Master Rifleman looking for rifle speed attachments.. and got none (i wont pay the high prices on the auction forums) then I got the FS Ranged speed branch.. then found it was broken LOL... then I get the melee speed branch so now I assume Im speed capped (+90 from rifleman then +12 from melee speed FS branch) and guess what i got of a random Storm Trooper patrol today....

+5 riflespeed AA

+4 rifle accuracy while moving AA

Its a cruel joke i tell you

i was killing some stormies, and in the same hour, i looted 2 rifle speed +4 CA's, i was estatic
