Not as much as counterattack or dodge does but it does give you more of an edge. hard to cap though unless you are rifle/pike. Works much better when used with COB (pikeman side) rather then rifleman side.

i got +18 block thru all my attachments giving me 98block altogether. If i take vayerbok it puts this to 120. I notice a huge difference with this. I block almost half of all attacks

What she said. As a rifleman commando, for me, its all about damage output. make sure you stun your opponent, dizzy them, and then posture down (if you have ranged support) Stafeshot 2 is wonderful, if you are speed capped, othewise use flushing2 or HS3. I prefere to use SS2 because when they close, I can whip out the flamethrower and lay some massive fire dots on them.

CoB works wonders if you're a block capped pikeman - sometimes I can block LS/force attacks in pvp. lol
