Conseal shot, not sure if thats spelt right

Anyway, how do you use it? I keep getting Incorrect State message come up. I tried it while prone, didn't work, tried it while kneeling didn't work and tried it while standing up and it didn't work. Yes I'm a respec MRifleman but I was a Rifleman many moons ago but dropped it for TKA, now I'm back after a 7month break, I'm liking rifleman again

Any help would be great thanks.

Also whats the best T21 to look for or best rifle to look for. I have quite a nice T21 but would like another

you need to go prone and take cover first.

And make sure you're about 35m away from the nearest player or NPC or it won't work.

Ah thanks.

Another quick question about sniper shot. People say its bugged right now, hopefully fixed in Pub 17. However, last night I tried it and it worked once, but after that I just couldn't get it to work again. How is it suppose to work? I was prone, I fired it and it did quite a bit of damage, but after that I just couldn't get it to work again.

Isn't a ConSeal a Seal in prison. And an Ex-ConSeal would be one recently released from prison.
