Thread: Please help, I'm a rifleman, but can't use my improved conceal shot

I use the /cover command, and it is successful. (i am prone obviously) I then press the improved conceal shot and it says, "wrong state"
What am I doing wrong!? I am prone, in cover and yet I can't use conceal shot? Please help!

make sure no creatures/npc/players are within 20m of you.
I have noticed if there is a creature close by, I get the icon, but I dont fade out and I am not under cover.
when you do actually successfully cover, you will be able to see through yourself, and you will no longer appear on your own radar
