In the same slave camp as the space ship, go up by where the ship is sitting, hes on the left standing right before you get to the ship in front of the tent or building.

For anyone else looking, it is a typo. You are looking for Musolium, not Mosolium.

I am currently on his second quest, where I have to get the avatar launch codes. It seems bugged, I get into space and nothing happens except the message pops up. Any ideas?

If you are talking about the mission where you have to disable the Blackscale Flight Leader, it took me and a buddy awhile to figure this one out. Fly close to the Avatar Station and look for the Blackscale ships. There are usually Trando ships right around the Station but you can find Blackscales nearby, usually in groups of 3. I don't know if a Flight Leader will spawn on it's own or if you are need to just start killing these ships. That's what we did. Just keep targeting and blasting them until you find one that says Flight Leader. Make sure to disable it only, scan it, and then dock with it. That should do it.

It's kind of a confusing mission as there is no waypoint and the Flight Leaders don't seem to spawn until you start killing the other ships first.

A flight leader will spawn on it's own.

I was able to engage the leader without anything else jumping in so it was pretty easy.
