I've used the search tool, but could not find a template to set my stats to. I'm a fencer, and still have the original stats for a brawler. Obviously this isn't doing well for specials because of how low my mind is.

How do you have your pools set, and do you use any buffs on a regular basis?

I occassionally sip on a Ruby Bliel (which I can make myself) to boost my mind a little bit... some people use, I think it's called Muon Gold? A spice to boost Mind... but for the most part I just use my base stats. I think I've got like 500 - 550 Willpower and Focus and around 800 Mind or so... I'm not really geared up for full Rifleman spec, because I am also a dancer and swordsman, so I need to keep my eye on the action / health stats too.

Also, while my Constitution and Strength are sub-400 I think, my health itself is still 800 - 900 or so... I'm always tempted to lower it, since I -shouldn't- be getting hit... but I DO get hit... and health is the pool most often hit.

I've not really put a lot of effort into mini-maxing my stat pools efficiently.... it looks like if you had your secondary stats jacked up, it might be better than having a big Mind pool: your specials wouldn't take as much mind, and you would regenerate mind more quickly (and considering the long recycle time on most specials, you could probably regenerate all the Mind you burned on your last attack)....

Human TKA / rifleman here. Mine goes as follows:

Health 1000 / 600 / 500
Action800 / 450 / 450
Mind 800 / 400 / 400

I suggest using an E11 rifle, HAM is good on it so you can use specials without draining yourself too much, thus allowing you to hold back your points for the health and action pools that are vital to melee. I spam HS all the time and feel no effect from it.
