Anyone know the best possible stats for these weapons before a slice/powerup is added? I mean damage/mind/speed wise. I've had horrible luck with my T21s (they all seem horrible compared to my laser rifle) and I want to know what I should and shouldn't buy. Thanks in advance.

you can get the stats altered any way you want, just ask your friendly weaponsmith. BUT you cant have all 3. When you add components to make one better, the others suffer.

On my server, you can get 33-369, 5.7, 50ham lasers. I prefer 66-414, 6.1, 97 ham laser. The weaponsmith adds a stock and makes a max damage gun.

When you talk about a weaponsmith adding a stock... Is that the same as Slicing? I have watched these forums for a long time and have never seen this mentioned. I always thought that the only way to improve the max damage on a weapon (besides temporary powerups) was to have it sliced. And then I thought it was completely luck as to whether it is the speed or the damage that gets improved.

If this is NOT true, PLEASE tell me!!

The various parts that enhance a weapon are added during the creation of the object. Like my laser rifle 67-413 with 91 mind cost. Normally the max damage and mind cost are much lower but a stock or something is added in.

And yes your right. Slicing is random, i got one of those max damage rifles that i really wanted sliced for damage so i could then power it up, but of course it sliced for speed. Heh, but then again, can't argue too much with a powered up rifle that shoots 67-413 at 3.0, destroys my mind but i can take out pretty much anything if i'm not mobbed. hehe

Thehighest damagelaser rifle I've been able to produceusing advanced components is 80-433 damage, 6.2 speed.

Any weaponsmiths out there on Eclipse that can make me an extremely good Laser?

Thanks for the help guys, looks like I'm gonna be seeking out a weaponsmith to max out my damage and HAM costs (once I hit Master Rifleman speed won't matter anyway).

My laser rifle is 37-603 damage, it has a 29% max damage slice with a 30% max damage powerup. It has a mind cost of around 60 and a speed of 6.5. I would likea 100 min but i don't think that will hapen. And on SS we just got our link steel so the weaponsmith have only had a few days to make them so I hope they will get better for the over all quality of the gun. And yes no matter what I have I always want something better.

If you get certain drops, that go on during crafting, you can get some really nice weapons. I know, nightsisters drop them, nyms drop them, krayts, kimogilas, I cant think of anything else.

My T-21 is 146-343 8.1 speed unsliced unpowerupped. Today I will slice it. I'm not even Novice Rifleman yet but I wanted to grab one so that I don't have to go scouring for one after I hit it.
