Thread: Sniper shot or Suprise Shot!

So I have worked my way up to a 4th level skill. Witch should I take. I know Snipershot is only good for PVP. I do some PVP but not a whole lot. Is startleshot 2 any good? I don't see the use now that suppression fire is nerfed.



Also should I take more blocking or better accuracy
