Ok, so I'm at fort tusken, massacring the locals, and I get a good tusken rifle drop, this is the best drop I've EVER gotten, it's got a 164 strength FIRE mind damage, about 3100 uses, and 39% potency. It's probably one of the best built in DOT weapons I've ever seen. Now I'm wondering how much I could get for something like this... :0

Of course... I don't use rifles, so I'll probably just sell it... or use it as a decoration if I can't get a nice chunk of change for it.

Can you please explain what these powerups are? I have never seen or heard of one before!

It's actually a loot-only thing that's built right into the gun, it's sorta like a power up, because it has a certain amount of uses, but you can only get guns with built in DOTs on them by looting, it's gota 39% potency, so the DOT will stick approximately every 2/5 shots, and the 164 strength I would assume is how much damage the fire will do. It's pretty nice for PvP, because only an idiot would fight while their MIND is on fire. o_o

way better than the one i found. I got a dlt20a with potency 5% and strength 15. It is mind fire though. Yours is pretty sweet though.
